Question about Kackhaufen

I hope that this is in the right place. I have got a "like" for a post I did in the German section, and its posted in "Kackhaufen" in my profile. I have no idea what this means. If its' a "like", that's good, but I hope that I didn't do anything bad.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could enlighten me.

Since Yesterday you get for one Like one " Kackhaufen". That´s means One Kackhaufen is one Cent. You can earn Money for getting Premium with good an many Themes. Sorry for my bad english. I don´t know all the Words.
